Working from scripts and designs developed by Novaconcept, FESO used motion to clearly convey process logic, allowing viewers to avoid straining their working memory. During production, every motion decision was assessed against a single criterion: does this reduce cognitive friction or add to it?

Optimize time with procedural consistency
FESO created animations that could function as infrastructure: repeatable and modular. Character rigs, transitions, pacing, and effects were built with procedural consistency and long-term reusability in mind.
This way, each motion component behaved predictably, eliminating the need to make movement decisions at every step of the script. Animation became consistent, robust, and cognitively coherent.
